During the meeting, we will focus solely on the subject specified in your request. Any additional topics will require a new form submission and a separate appointment. If your request involves attendance concerns, please share the exact dates and hours you’d like us to review. For example: “9-5-25 should have 7 hours.” If you provide your current log or specific dates you believe should be included, we will go through them line by line for accuracy.
